The California Air Resources Board approved a regulation to reduce emissions from existing off-road diesel vehicles used in California for construction, mining and other industries. Any individual, business or government operating an off-road diesel vehicle must be aware of the new regulations, their fleet size and labeling requirements. This 2007 bulletin includes:

• Definitions of small, medium and large fleets
• Important dates, including initial reporting and compliance dates
